Introduction
In ATLAS Welkom Center we can add Frequently Asked Questions to help our costumer with quick answers. This article shows how to manager the FAQs
Creating a FAQ
To create a FAQ you navigate to the 'Administration' and click on 'FAQs'
At the 'FAQs' window you click on '+ Crate New' button
At the 'Create New FAQ' window you enter all needed information. The Order field is optional
Please don't forget to click on 'Save Changes' at the right upper corner
Edit a FAQ
To edit a FAQ you navigate to the 'Administration' and click on 'FAQs' like shown above and you click on the little 'Pencil' icon at the right side of the line
You enter your changes at the 'Edit FAQ' window
Please don't forget to click on 'Save Changes' at the right upper corner
Deleting a FAQ
To delete a FAQ you navigate to the 'Administration' and click on 'FAQs' like shown above and you click on the little 'Recycle Bin' icon at the right side of the line and your FAQ will get deleted after you confirmed
