What to do if a Content Manager is leaving or has left a post? Follow

​In order to comply with the requirements of both IA and DS, all Content Manager accounts are tracked and periodically audited. As a result, it is the Content Managers responsibility to notify the Onboarding Extranet support team of any change in status. Additionally, it is the responsibility of posts to provide Content Manager status changes in the event that the Content Manager does not fulfill this requirement.
