The Onboarding Extranet post sites allow for several methods of adding information. This allows the post Content Managers to add content in the most effective way for them.
We do strongly encourage Content Managers to think like an end user when adding content. Data that is organized in such a way and phrasing that makes sense for the subject matter expert, may not make sense to an average user.
In addition, end users are most likely interested in specific details that can be made easier to find by how it is presented to them. Often a FAQ is easier for an average end user to find and digest than one part of a document that may have a misleading name.
