Accessing Online Auction (OA) 

1. Click on this link below to go to the Online Auction: http://online-auction.state.gov
2. If you are a first time visitor and would like to create a free account, click on the Register button.
3. iI you are a returning user and would like to view or bid on auction items, click on the Login button.
