We no longer use Outlook to send emails. If your Email has been sent through a Campaign, a green check box will appear in the "Sent" field in the Recipient tab next to the name of the invited person.
As the sender of the message, you will get replies in Outlook, including out of office notifications or notices about undelivered mail.

From there, it is also possible to add yourself as a BCC recipient. This is not possible at this time in eContact Campaigns.
