Arrivals and Departures System (ADS) is a framework for diplomatic missions to use to track and manage the PCS transfer process of employees and their family members from all agencies, with visibility for the employee, service providers at post, and post management.
Using ADS, missions can create lists of tasks to be completed for 3 core processes: Pre-Arrival, Arrival, Departure. Profile information is available to service providers, rather than employees filling out the same information repeatedly. Profile information also persists across departure from one assignment to pre-arrival and arrival at the next assignment.
Mission service providers can have employees complete electronic forms, collect information from the employee, provide information to the employee and generate status reports for management.
