Resident Portal Navigation 

Below is the information related to USDH and EFM housing assignments, located in the Resident Portal:

• Residence attachments and photos:

- These photos are uploaded by Local Admin at Post.  The goal is to show the USDH and EFM(s) his/her future residence and assist residents in planning for arrival.

- In order to use this feature as an Admin, please follow the steps of the Resident Portal Impersonation.

- Once inside the Resident Portal, click View More Details.

- The residence photos will appear.  To view more, click View Photos.

- To navigate from one photo to another, click the arrows in the top right corner of the screen.

• Residence location on the world map:

- Officers will be able to see where their residence is located on the world map.

• View/Submit the Housing Questionnaire:

- The Housing Questionnaire will be available, even after submission, as a 'Read Only option.

• Occupant attachments:

- Occupants will have the opportunity to add any information they would like to share with the GSO Housing Team, related to their assignment.
