Release Summary

Position Supervisors & Supervisor Assigned Tasks

Positions now have a supervisor property where another position can be selected to relate as the current position's supervisor.  Supervisors can be added through both the position management interface and the position import from excel feature.  Tasks within processes can also now be assigned to supervisors.  In order for this to work correctly, a supervisor must be assigned to the employee's position, or else that task will just be left as "assigned to supervisor" and may need to be reassigned to someone who can complete the task.  As a supervisor, tasks assigned to you will show up in the aggregated list of Assigned Tasks on the Service Provider Dashboard. 

 

Assignment Field Task Dependencies

Tasks dependencies now includes an option to configure dependencies on Assignment Field values.  An Assignment Field could be set in Pre-Arrival and then used in dependencies on Check-Out to allow for information to be used across processes.  

 

Personnel Arrivals/Departures Reports - New Fields

New fields were added to both the Personnel Arrivals Report and the Personnel Departures Report.  This includes listing the sponsors, household members with ages and date of birth (if provided permissions), and residence address.

 

Audit Log Improvements

Improvements were completed to the System Administration Audit Logs to ensure accuracy and availability of all audit activities as the application has grown in it's user base.

 

ADS API for ATLAS Directory

An ADS API was implemented to help import data directly into the ATLAS Directory as a starting point for new Posts in the Directory.  This includes employee contact information and position information.

 

Bug Fixes with Deadline Notifications

Deadline Notifications in tasks were not previously working.  This functionality has been resolved.

 

Additional Bug Fixes

Release v1.26.0 includes a number of bug fixes reported by service providers.  Additional communication to service providers will occur in response to any open Zendesk help tickets.
