SP Individual Tasks, Dashboard Filter, & Task Permissions
Service Provider Individual Tasks
Task items that have been assigned to a service provider role can now be assigned to an individual person inside of that role after the task is created. This will allow for assigning tasks to a general group of service providers, and then the task can be disseminated to the appropriate person or reassigned accordingly at any point.
Service Provider Dashboard Filter
The Arrivals and Departures pages of the Service Provider Dashboard have a new toolbar that allows for the advanced filter to be displayed in a condensed area so that it can easily be manipulated while still viewing the results of the filter.
Task View Permissions
Tasks now have a permissions tab that allows for configuring additional service providers to have access to the task item and the corresponding data despite the task not being assigned directly to them.
Delayed Process Start
An assignment process's start can now be delayed from the time of it's creation. So a new PCS can be in arrival, but a service provider can wait until they're ready to initiate the pre-arrival and/or check-in process. The specific process for the Post that will be assigned to that assignment process also doesn't need to be selected until it's ready to be started.
Release v1.4.0 includes a number of bug fixes reported by service providers in the early stages of the ADS Pilot. Additional communication to service providers will occur in response to any open Zendesk help tickets.
