Text template for sharing the site with users Follow

Introduction

This is a text template to be used for sharing the site with a user:

Dear [name],
you have been added to the [posts] Onboarding Extranet site.
You will need to validate your account using the one time email link provided by the system.

Please add the name and the post to the text which is copied into the text field like at the picture above and click on "Share".

An email will be generated by the system and will be sent to the users Microsoft account. The text appears inside of the email.
