Notifications can now be configured on a task by task basis to send an email notification, system notification, or both to Employees and Service Providers when a task is either ready to be completed or after it has been completed.
Assignment Fields now have configurable permissions similar to tasks. View, View/Edit, and None are the permissions options given to Employees and/or Service Provider Groups. The name "Assignment Fields" has also been implemented throughout the application, replacing "Custom Fields", "Post Fields", and "PCS Field".
Contact Email Address and Phone Number for Tasks
Tasks can now be configured to have a contact email address and contact phone number listed in the task's details.
For account registrations that are rejected, an improved process has been implemented for Service Providers to provide comments that are then displayed to the Employee when they log back into the Arrival & Departure System.
Additional Task Deadline Durations
Both four and five months were added as available options for the task deadline duration. In the future the task deadline duration will be modified to be configurable to any duration and not just a predefined list.
Additional Bug Fixes
Release v1.14.0 includes a number of bug fixes reported by service providers. Additional communication to service providers will occur in response to any open Zendesk help tickets.
