With the appropriate permissions set you will see an additional dashboard, named Reporting.
Clicking on Reporting opens a new site with two options on the left menu, clicking on Position Reports will lead you to this:
The Position Incumbent Report contains a list of all positions at the included organizations. The report can be filtered by those positions with or without an incumbent, and with or without an incoming employee to follow. The report displays the position title, number and grade, as well as, the details of the incumbent including their arrival and departure dates.
The yellow fields are mandatory fields and have to be filled.
You can choose between 3 options at the Incumbent Employee section
and also three options for the Incoming Employee section.
Please fill in the data and click on Create
at the right down corner.
This is how the report looks, a list with the requested data in detail.
Looking closer, you can see the little triangles with the exclamation.
Note: The warning symbol indicates where there may be more than one incumbent or incoming employee for a position.
This means action has to be taken for this. Clicking on the line with the exclamation sign will forward you to the Position Details site.
The Position Transition Report contains a list of all positions with an incumbent employee who has a departure date or an incoming employee who has an arrival date within a selected period of time. The report displays the position title, number and grade, as well as, the details of the incumbent and incoming employees.
Also here the yellow fields have to be filled with choosing a start and an end date. Make your choices what you want to see in the report and click on Create.
This shows you the result of the created report.
If you can see orange exclamation signs an action has to be taken on this. Clicking on the line with the warning forwards you to the Position Details site.
