How will I add or update my profile information in ADS application? Follow

Pre-requisites: Employee needs to be registered in the ADS or have valid PCS assignment.

Introduction

When an employee register into ADS, the application will allow the employee to add his/her profile information in the system. There are times when an employee may have to add, update or delete his/her profile information. The ADS application will allow the employee to perform the above tasks.

After an employee has been successfully authenticated to ADS application, the employee dashboard sill be displayed as in Image-1 below.

View Employee's Profile Information

The profile menu and household menu will allow the employee to update his/her information. When the employee selects the “Profile” menu, the profile page is displayed as in Image-2 below

View and Update Address Information

How will I update Address Summary: The employee can enter the following types of address

  • Legal Address
  • Mailing Address
  • Home Address
  • Separation Address
  • Home Leave Address

By selecting “+”, each type of address can be added. Also the above types of address can be updated or deleted by selecting the Edit image (image with Pen).

View and update Passport Information

Passport Summary: The Profile summary page will display the latest 2 passports of the employee. An employee may have different types of passports. The ADS application will allow the employee to add several passports by selecting “Passports” tab from the profile page. Please see Image-3 below for adding/update/delete passports.

View and Update Vehicle Information

How will I update Vehicle Summary: The Profile summary page will display the latest 2 vehicles of the employee. An employee may have many vehicles. The ADS application will allow the employee to add several vehicles by selecting “vehicles” tab from the profile page. Please see Image-4 below for adding/update/delete vehicles.

View and Update Pets Information

How will I update Pets Summary: The Profile summary page will display the latest 2 Pets of the employee. An employee may have many Pets. The ADS application will allow the employee to add several Pets by selecting “Pets” tab from the profile page. Please see Image-5 below for adding/update/delete Pets.

View and Update Contacts Information

How will I update Contacts Summary: The employee profile page displays his/her primary Email address and Phone number and Emergency Email address and Phone number. The ADS application will allow the employee to add other emails and phone numbers by selecting the “contact” tab. Please see Image-6 below to add, update and delete email address and Phone numbers.

View and Update Employee's other Information

The Employment, identification and Appearance information of the employee cab be updated by selecting the respective tabs from the Employee profile page. For example, the Identification information of the employee can be updated via Identification details dialog when the user selects the “Identification” Tab. Please see Image-7 below for Identification dialog.

Similarly, the Employment information of the employee can be updated via Employment details dialog when the user selects the “Employment” Tab.

Similarly, the Appearance information of the employee can be updated via Appearance details dialog when the user selects the “Appearance” Tab.
