Current dates are available in several formatted options.

Data

Render specific text as defined by the form editor.

Employee

All values of the Employee’s Profile except for Household Members which are available in other Data Categories. This includes calculated values such as Age based on date of birth.

Household Member

Household members are all people added to the Employee’s Profile. All of the information for each Household Member in the Employee Profile is available for use, including calculated values such as Age based on date of birth, passport information and contact information. Multiple Household Members can be referenced in forms using the row specification(s).

Accompanying Household Member

Accompanying Household Members are all people from the Employee’s Profile that have been selected as accompanying the employee to post. This selection is made by using the Accompanying Household System Action Task. All of the information for each Household Member in the Employee Profile is available for use, including calculated values such as Age based on date of birth, passport information and contact information. Multiple Accompanying Household Members can be referenced in forms using the row specification(s).

Multiple Other Household Members can be referenced in forms using the row specification(s).

Spouse

It is assumed there is only one Spouse. Multiple Spouses can be referenced in forms using the row specification(s).

Multiple Children can be referenced in forms using the row specification(s).

Post Assignment

Data values for the Assignment/PCS for the post the process is associated (Your post). If the task is in a process in Berlin, then the Post Assignment data is the data used and collected in the Berlin Pre-Arrival, Check-In and Check-Out. This is the Assignment/PCS data you most likely will use.

Current Assignment

Data values for the Assignment/PCS for the post the employee is currently encumbered. If the Employee is not yet encumbered at the gaining post, this data will pull data associated to the losing post. If the Employee is encumbered at the gaining post, this data will pull data associated with the gaining post and will be the same as the Post Assignment data.

How an employee becomes “encumbered”:

1.    An Employee can Register or be Invited as “encumbered”. In this case they will be encumbered to the selected Registration/Invite specified post.

2.    An Employee’s Check-In for a post is started. In this case the employee will be encumbered to the post where the Check-In process was started.

3.    A Service Provider administratively sets the employee as encumbered to one of the posts that Service Provider supports.

Note: An Employee will also be removed from the encumbered state at a losing post when their Check-Out process is completed. If no gaining post is specified, they will not be encumbered at any post.

Previous Assignment

Data values for the Assignment/PCS for the post the Employee was last assigned. When a new PCS is created or a new PCS Request is approved, their current assignment (or last assignment if no current assignment) at the losing post is marked as the previous assignment.

Current Task

Data values associated with the current task. Current Task information will not be known until the Form is added to a Process using the Form Workflow type Sub Process

The form knows to wait for data to be mapped in the management of the process.

Pet

Pets are added to the Employee’s Profile. Multiple Pets can be referenced in forms using the row specification(s).

Vehicle

Vehicles are added to the Employee’s Profile. Multiple Vehicles can be referenced in forms using the row specification(s).
