Post Assignment |
Data values for the Assignment/PCS for the post the process is associated (Your post). If the task is in a process in Berlin, then the Post Assignment data is the data used and collected in the Berlin Pre-Arrival, Check-In and Check-Out. This is the Assignment/PCS data you most likely will use. |
Current Assignment |
Data values for the Assignment/PCS for the post the employee is currently encumbered. If the Employee is not yet encumbered at the gaining post, this data will pull data associated to the losing post. If the Employee is encumbered at the gaining post, this data will pull data associated with the gaining post and will be the same as the Post Assignment data.
How an employee becomes “encumbered”: 1. An Employee can Register or be Invited as “encumbered”. In this case they will be encumbered to the selected Registration/Invite specified post. 2. An Employee’s Check-In for a post is started. In this case the employee will be encumbered to the post where the Check-In process was started. 3. A Service Provider administratively sets the employee as encumbered to one of the posts that Service Provider supports.
Note: An Employee will also be removed from the encumbered state at a losing post when their Check-Out process is completed. If no gaining post is specified, they will not be encumbered at any post. |
Previous Assignment |
Data values for the Assignment/PCS for the post the Employee was last assigned. When a new PCS is created or a new PCS Request is approved, their current assignment (or last assignment if no current assignment) at the losing post is marked as the previous assignment. |
