Issue Selecting Sponsors Beyond the First Page

An issue was found when trying to assign out Sponsors from a long list of Sponsors.  If the person was beyond page one they were not selectable. This has been resolved with this release.

Issue with Repeatable Forms

The buttons for adding and removing instances of a repeatable form were not being shown for some users based on permissions levels that were incorrect.  This has been resolved with this release.

Bug fixes

Release v1.22.4 includes additional bug fixes found within the previous v1.22.3 release.
