Issues with Account Invitations

There have been reports of users not being able to login at times after receiving an account invitation with a new ADG Issued Microsoft Account.  This release addresses issues with that process and provides better transparency into anything that might go wrong within that process.

Bug fixes

Release v1.22.5 includes additional bug fixes found since the last major release v1.22.0.
