Introduction
Positions, Sponsors, Schools, and Work Locations are the four components of Organization Data. To access the elements of the Organization Data, select one of the options in the left navigation menu. Please keep in mind, you just can see the part at the left pane with appropriate permissions granted.
Manage Positions
Manage Positions allows a User (Service Provider) to manage and select the Positions that are in use at Post and if necessary provide any local changes to the abbreviation and name of each Positions.
Manage Schools
Manage Schools allows a User (Service Provider) to manage the Schools that a Post recommends to dependents eligible to attend schools. Schools can be added, edited and removed by a user who has been given the permissions to manage schools. Manage Schools is part of the Organization Data.
Manage Sponsors
Manage sponsors allows a User (Service Provider) to manage the Sponsors at Post (Employees at Post that have been chosen to either act as Social Sponsor or as Office Sponsor). Sponsor can be added, edited and removed by a user who has been given the permissions to manage Sponsors. Typically a user who is a member of the CLO Service Provider group will have the Permissions needed to Manage Sponsors, Manage Sponsors is part of the Organization Data.
Manage Work Locations
Manage Work Locations allows a User (Service Provider) to manage the Work Locations that are available at a Post. Work locations can be added, edited and removed by a user who has been given the permissions to manage work locations. Manage Work Locations is part of the Organization Data.
