How to Populate a New Checklist Follow

Introduction

Post specific tasks and actions can be added by post administrators. In addition, post administrators can add post sections, sections, and subsections to house these tasks and actions. If you believe that items are missing from a master task list, please contact adgsupport@fan.gov.

Add a Post Section

Navigate to the Post Sections screen, by selecting 'Post Sections' from the left-hand navigation menu, then select '+Create Post Section'.

On the 'Create Post Section' page, enter a name, select an icon, and click the 'Create' button. 

Add a Section

Navigate to the post section for which you would like to add a section. In the left-hand navigation menu, expand the 'Post Sections' by selecting the arrow, then select the desired post section.

Select the '+Create Section' button.

Enter a name, select an icon, and click the 'Create' button.

Add a Subsection

Navigate to the section for which you would like to add a subsection. In the left-hand navigation menu, expand the 'Post Sections' by selecting the arrow, expand the desired post section, then select the desired section.

Select '+Create Subsection'

Enter a name, select an icon, and click the 'Create' button.

Add a Task

Navigate to the subsection for which you would like to add a task. In the left-hand navigation menu, expand the 'Post Sections' by selecting the arrow, expand the desired post section, then select the desired section.

Select the subsection for which you would like to add the task. 

Select '+Create Task'

Enter task information and select the 'Create' button. 

Add an Action. 

Navigate to the task for which you would like to add an action and select the '+Create Action' button below the task. 

Enter the required fields and select the 'Create' button.
