Restricting Drafters From Sending Diplomatic Notes Via Email 

Post administrator may restrict a section or office from sending the diplomatic note to an external contact. However, the drafter will still have the ability to publish the diplomatic note and archive to SMART.

Enabling the Restrict Send Email Feature 

As Post Administrator, go to the left menu and select Offices under Admin.  From the Offices page, select from the Offices list and click the Edit icon. 

From the Office - Edit page, select the Restrict send external emails checkbox field.
