Steps to Deploy LeOPF
LeOPF will require Post HR to go through the following steps before the application can be deployed. If your Mission has implemented GoMBC or OAS, will determine the number of steps you will need to take. LeOPF will use information sent from OPS and employee profile information maintained and managed in GoMBC to generate employee records. It is not possible for Post HR to add LE Staff profiles manually to LeOPF, this information is only sent to LeOPF. However, all files uploaded to LeOPF can be managed within the employee profile.
Non-GoMBC/OAS Missions
1. Conduct an OPS Data Quality Check to verify the information in OPS is accurate.
2. Compare OPS Employee ID with CGFS Payroll ID and update OPS Employee IDs to match the CGFS Payroll ID.
3. Make corrections in OPS.
4. Request OPS to initiate data feed between OPS and GoMBC.
5. Complete the LE Staff Email Template so ADG can update GoMBC. The email entered into the GoMBC profile will be used to access Okta and LeOPF, this is an important step. ISC can provide a list of email addresses for LE Staff.
6. Provide ADG with a list of HR Staff Admins who will manage LeOPF and GoMBC profiles (emails and indicating employee profiles are active/inactive are related to LeOPF profiles).
7. Verify LE Staff Data in GoMBC and make necessary OPS Employee ID corrections.
8. Archive Departed Employees in GoMBC, this will indicate the employee profile is inactive in LeOPF.
9. Upload files into employee records.
GoMBC/OAS Missions
1. Provide ADG with a list of HR Staff Admins who will manage LeOPF and GoMBC profiles (emails and indicating employee profiles are active/inactive are related LeOPF profiles).
2. Verify LE Staff Data in GoMBC and make necessary OPS Employee ID corrections.
3. Archive Departed Employees in GoMBC, this will indicate the employee profile is inactive in LeOPF.
4. Upload files into employee records.
