ATLAS Directory Global Search

ATLAS Directory Global Search lists all contacts at a Mission or Post along with their public contact information.  There are multiple ways to view this information through available filter options, as well as ways to search for users across Posts or Missions.

Using the Global Search Option

On the Directory page, at the right side of the menu bar, select the Magnifying Glass icon to view the Global Search page.

Here, users can search across other Posts' directories and are able to filter the search by Directory, Organizations, First Name, Last Name, Title, or run a general search.  Name, Organization, Title, Section, Email, Phone, and Org Charts that the user is a part of are the only details made available for each employee in the Global Search.

ATLAS Directory Global Search - Available to Everyone

The Global Search ability is available for everyone including users who are not yet registered in the ATLAS Directory.  Non-registered users can find Global Search at the top right of the Directory registration page.
