How to View Recent Activity

The ATLAS Directory lists all contacts at a Mission or Post, along with their contact information. Users can view their recent activity log to see what changes they have made during their recent logins.

To access your activity log, select Account in the upper-right corner of the page. This will open a side panel.

Click the My Activity button.

You will be able to view:

  • A timestamp of each activity
  • The user's role
  • The page that was modified

Another button will also display the session timeout counter. After 15 minutes of inactivity, the system will automatically log the user out.

To clear your activity log, click the Clear User Activity button.

For additional help, please contact ISC at Post or ADG Support by selecting the ‘Submit a request’ button at the top of the page or by emailing adg-support@state.gov.
Visit the Global Application Portal (GAP) for the latest news and information on all the ADG's applications.
