Contacting Post's OA Support 

Once inside the Online Auction (OA) site, choose an auction at your post.  In the lower left side of the screen, click the How it Works button.  This will display information specific to your post of interest.

If you have unanswered questions, you may contact the seller directly with questions about the items or your bids.  You may also use the Help button in the OA app to request technical support.
