Process Reports
There are two ways to create reports for housing Processes.
Method 1
From the Overview Menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select Reporting.
Here, you will find four (4) types of reports:

Invalid Status Report for Occupants (for more information, click here)

Make Ready Report
-
Commissioning Report
-
Decommissioning Report
To process a report, click Create under the report type. For example, to get a report of all Make Readies at Post, select the Create button under 'Make Ready Report.' See Image 1

You can create reports by Residence, Incoming USDH, and Outgoing USDH. Additionally, you may export those reports to an Excel document. See Image 2.

You may also click on the Residence Menu on the left-hand side and click on each process to get a report. See image 3.
