Accessing the Holiday Admin Screen
To access the Holiday Admin screen, click the Admin > Holidays menu option.
Creating a New Entry for a Holiday
To create a New Entry for a Holiday, click on the purple New Entry button in the upper left-hand corner.
In the New Holiday window, click on the Holiday Date field and select the holiday date.
In the Holiday Title textbox, type the name of the holiday.
Under the Holiday Type drop-down, select the holiday type. (There will be three options to choose from):
In the Holiday Weight text field, type the holiday weight. (NOTE: You may only enter numbers in this field.)
When done, click the New Holiday button at the bottom.
The New Holiday has been successfully saved in the Duty Officer Program.
Once done, you will be directed back to the Holiday Admin screen. You can use the descending/ascending buttons to reorganize the holidays (see figure above).
Editing a Holiday
When a user wants to edit the holidays, the user will click on the pencil icon in the far right column.
