Forms Signed Using Third Party Software Are Deleted When Uploaded in Firma Follow

Introduction

ATLAS Firma currently does not support a mixed signature workflow at the moment. ATLAS Firma will only recognize signatures completed within the application. This is a known issue, and will be addressed in a future release of the application. 

Workaround

To keep the previous signatures visible, you will have to perform the following steps: 

1. Open the PDF file with Adobe/DocuSign (or other third party software) signed signatures  

2. Print the file or type CTRL + P and select Print to PDF  The digital signatures obtained from other platforms (ex. Adobe Acrobat) are retained. However, any existing signature certificates will be lost.
