Accessing the Mobile Application via Mobile Device 

Follow the below steps to gain access to your ATLAS Directory Dashboard via your government issued mobile device.

 

Verify your mobile device has been updated to the latest iOS version

  1. Locate and tap the Settings application
  2. Tap General
  3. Tap Software Update
  4. Verify that your device is updated to the latest iOS version. If not, tap Update Now and allow the device to update before moving forward

Verify your Company Portal has been updated to the latest version

  1. Navigate to the Company Portal
  2. Tap Devices on the bottom tool bar
  3. Tap Check Status to re-sync the device and allow the re-sync to complete 

     

Downloading the ATLAS Directory Mobile Application

  1. Navigate to the Company Portal
  2. Type ATLAS Directory into the Search field
  3. Click the ATLAS Directory icon

  4. Click Download
  5. Swipe back to the Home screen on the mobile device
  6. Click the downloaded ATLAS Directory application

  7. Enter your 6-digit PIN

  8. Choose the Microsoft Entra ID for sign in

  9. Enter Password for the chosen Entra ID

  10. Access has been granted and the ATLAS Directory Mobile Dashboard for the post you are assigned to displays
