Triggers Configuration
Triggers have been adapted into Process Tasks (Commissioning, Make Ready, and Decommissioning) to allow an automatic status change for occupants under the status of Incoming to At Post and from Outgoing to Departed.
Creating Triggers
From the Configuration Menu, click on Process Configuration and select, for example, Decommissioning Process.

Create a task with email notifications and a trigger.

Please note that Notification Type and Trigger Event must be under the Test Completed action to make the desired change of an occupant's status. Do not forget to save your changes to activate the task within the process. See Image 1.

>Next, select an Outgoing officer and start a Decommissioning Process for his/her residence using the same date s/he is departing Post. Click on View to check the Decommissioning Process. See image 2

Finally, change the status of the task from Not Started to Completed. The occupant's status should change from Outgoing to Departed.
NOTE: The Completed date of the task must be the same as the occupant's departure date to trigger the status change and ability to see it listed in Departed Occupants and All Occupants. See image 3.
