Introduction

In ATLAS Welkom Center, the following six permission levels are in place:

Global Administrators

Global Administrators manage ATLAS Welkom Center worldwide. Global Administrators provide the Post site for you and add the first Post Admin/Content Manager for your Post.

Access Request Managers

The Access Request Managers can approve or delete access requests placed by USDH and can also create access requests.

Account Managers

Account Managers can manage EFM Okta accounts. They can search for the EFM account, allow application access, resend the activation email, and reset the password.

Administrator Managers (Post Administrators)

The Post Administrators are responsible for adding and removing Content Managers at Post and managing permissions.

Content Managers

Content Managers are responsible for filling the site with information and editing the content.

Site Administrators

Site Administrators are responsible for overseeing the site content and maintaining and updating information. They can also create, approve, or delete access requests placed by USDH.

End User

The End User has read only permission, meaning they may only view (not edit) the site content. End Users may access the ATLAS Welkom Center.
