|Pre-requisites: Admin Roles
We are excited to announce our new feature in ATLAS Directory to manage post business hours and closures/holidays, which replaces functionality previously found in the Post Profiles application. For existing Directory posts, this functionality will be immediately available with this release. For posts not using ATLAS Directory currently, we will be importing existing information into the Directory, and you can work with the ADG support team (email@example.com) to gain access to the Directory to continue to maintain this information.
All users will now see a new navigation item on the Dashboard, Post Profiles, and any user will be able to search for a post in the Directory and view their business hours, local information and closures, including users without an active assignment in the Directory.
User Activity Logs
The user activity log has now been moved from the top banner to the user profile sidebar.
Post Profile Manager Role
A new role has been added, this role will allow selected users to maintain up to date the Holidays/Closures information for post. Directory Administrators can now add the role to users from the Administration Menu > Directory Administrators.
Users with the Post Profile Manager role will see the Administration menu items below:
Days/Hours of Operations & Holiday Calendars (Admins)
Directory Admins or Post Profile Managers can edit post Days/Hours of Operations and Holidays from the Administration menu. The user interface has also been improved.
