We are pleased to announce the release of ATLAS Directory version 1.37. This update brings important bug fixes and enhancements to improve your experience and address recent feedback.


Contacts

  • More Details for Household Members: The Household Members page now includes additional fields such as school attended, age or date of birth (with automatic age calculation), employment status, and EFM vs. MOH status.
  • Biography Field Visibility: Standard users can now view the biography field from the dashboard card view (read-only). Posts admins can enable/disable this feature as needed from the Administration/Directory configuration page.

 


Floor Warden List

  • Dropdowns Alphabetized: Section and Floor dropdown fields are now sorted alphabetically for easier selection.
  • Section Display: All sections from Post are now visible in the dropdown when editing or adding employees.

Radio Module

  • Bulk Import Enhanced: Radio Call Sign [SAFE] values now populated and synced correctly after bulk import.

Miscellaneous Updates and Bug Fixes

  • Windhoek User Addition: Users can now be added to Windhoek without errors.
  • Canberra Sync Wizard: The Sync Wizard and SAFE import/overwrite features in Canberra are now functioning properly.
  • Middle Name Sync: User middle names now sync correctly between ATLAS Profile and ATLAS Directory.
  • Radio Check DT Reports API Restored
  • Streamlined Page: The “Ext. Organization” filter and column have been removed from the Locations page for clarity.
