We are pleased to announce the release of ATLAS Directory version 1.38. This update includes several user interface improvements, alphabetized filtering for better navigation, and critical bug fixes for the Radio and Org Chart modules.


Contacts

  • Global Employee Search Filters Alphabetized: In the Global Employee Search, the filter lists for Bureaus, Missions, Posts, and Domestic Offices are now sorted alphabetically, allowing users to find locations more quickly.
  • Quick Reference Sorting: Added sort functionality to all column headers (Sections, Name, Title, Email, etc.) within the Quick Reference page to ensure consistency with other ATLAS Directory pages.

Floor Warden List

  • Preview Modal Consistency: The Floor Warden List preview modal title has been updated from "Contact List Preview" to "Floor Warden List Preview" to provide better clarity for list managers.

Radio Module

  • Radio Check Export Reports: A new feature has been added to include the Radio Check Export Report(as email attachment) in the automatic notification sent to admins upon completion of a radio check event. 

Miscellaneous Updates and Bug Fixes

  • Org Chart Position Mapping: Resolved an issue in the production environment where the position field in org chart nodes would not populate when attempting to connect a position.
  • Org Chart Display Properties: Dropdown lists for Display Properties in the "Manage Org Charts" section are now sorted alphabetically or grouped by category for easier selection.
  • Radio Assigned Filter: Fixed a bug on the Radio Assignments page where the "Radio Assigned" filter was not correctly filtering the results.
  • ICASS Assignments Filtering: Resolved an issue where filtering or sorting by a newly updated Employee Agency required a page refresh to display results. Data now updates dynamically.
  • Access Lists Preview: Corrected the title of the preview modal for Access Lists to accurately display "Access Lists Preview" instead of "Contact List Preview."
