ENHANCEMENTS

Radios Tab Added to My Profile

A new Radios tab has been introduced under Account > My Profile.

This tab allows users to:

  • Manage fields including the Radio Call Sign and Required Radios.
  • Set the Out of Town status with customizable Start and End dates/times.
  • Enable or disable Tandem Radio Notifications.
  • View radio information in the Assigned Radios section, including:

    • Radio Number

    • Serial Number

    • Model

    • Address

  • Use the Search on Map feature to locate assigned radio addresses.

Biography Update

The Biography field has been updated to support rich text formatting. Users can now apply bold, italics, and create line breaks within the biography text.

 

Radio Configuration

Added the ability to insert variables into the Additional Email Footer Text.

Users can now personalize the footer with dynamic fields like the Radio Call Sign which will be automatically filled when the email is sent.

 

Radio Assignments 

  • A new Exempted dropdown filter has been added to the Radio Assignment Page with the options Yes (for exempted radios) and No (for non-exempted radios).
  • The Radio Call Sign column has been successfully added to the table view.

 

Radio Inventory

A new Code Plug option, E&E R, has been added in the Radio Inventory page.

Two new filters, Assigned and Exempted, have been added.

 

Radio Schedules

Users can now define the Active From and Active To dates and times for the Monthly schedule.

Users can now set the Frequency of the check to Midmonth to schedule checks specifically for the middle of the month.

In the Email Notification Setup, an option has been added to send an email notification Seven Days Before Close.

 

Radio Check Entries

The AIM Tag column is now available in the Radio Check Entries table as an optional column and is included in the Excel and CSV export to match the format of the DT report export.

A new feature has been added to the Radio Check Entries section to track modified dates and the user who made the change or created the entry.

 

Miscellaneous

  • Fixed an issue where the External Contacts and Locations page was not displaying current items.
  • Fixed an issue with unnecessary blank spaces in the Org Chart and Phone Tree card view.
  • Fixed an issue where Contact List information was missing.
  • Removed the Advanced Edit option from the ellipsis in the Radio Module to simplify the user interface.

  • Resolved an error that occurred when deleting a previously deleted radio ID.
  • Fixed an issue where deleted radios were still showing in the Radio Check options.
  • Fixed an issue where there was a discrepancy between the current event date shown on the Manage Schedules page and the event history within the schedule.
  • Fixed an issue where the Bulk Import feature in the Radio Inventory page, specifically the Bulk Import and Export Current Archive options, was not exporting the notification email used in the Radio Check Receipt and Radio Notifications Settings.
  • Fixed an issue where the Timezone and Send Notification Email fields were not updating when editing Radio Check Entries.
  • Fixed an issue on the Manage Position page where deleted positions are now excluded during validation.
  • Fixed the issue where the Sign Out button on the Unable to Redirect page was not functioning correctly.
