ATLAS Directory Release notes 1.34 Follow

Added new format to employee first and last name format in the placeholders list in the email templates settings. 

• Radio Inventory

Added the ability to assign a call sign directly to the radio. 

You now have 3 options:

• Assign call sign to employee.
• Assign call sign to radio assignment.
• Assign call sign to radio.

• Radio Module Configuration

Added the ability to prioritize which call sign must be used in the system and in the reporting.

• Radio Check Event Status

In the radio check event status we have added a new reporting to give you the ability to see the statuses if the radio checks grouped by sections and users, filters are also available to sort the list and all lists can be exported to Excel or CSV. Note that this is also available in previously closed radio check events.

Miscellaneous and bug fixes

• Resolved an issue with the radio check receipt notifications missing the radio call sign.
• Corrected Housing Properties manager permissions issues.
• Fixed issue with Directory administrators roles assignments causing an error message.
