ATLAS Directory - Post Profiles
ATLAS Directory has the ability to manage post business hours and closures/holidays, which replaces functionality previously found in the Post Profiles application.
Post Profile Manager Role
A role has been added that allows selected users to maintain up to date Post Holidays and Post Closures information for post. Directory Administrators can add the role to users from the Administration Menu > Directory Administrators.
Users with the Post Profile Manager role will see the Administration menu items below:
Hours of Operation
Directory Administrators or Post Profile Managers can edit post Days/Hours of Operations from the Administration menu by following this navigation: Administration Menu > Directory Configuration > Organization Tab > Edit icon for the Post you wish to update > Configuration Tab.
Directory Administrators or Post Profile Managers can edit or add new Post Holidays/Closures from the Administration menu by following this navigation: Administration Menu > Manage Holidays/Closures
