Introduction

The article provides step-by-step guidance for creating, managing, and editing Floor Warden in the ATLAS Directory system.

Note: When a user is granted Administrative permissions, the Contacts menu and Administration menu become available to edit information at a Post. These menus are used to manage essential details for Employees, Contacts, and the Administration information of a Post or Mission.

Pre-Requisite

A Print Template must first be prepared before creating and generating the Floor Warden Lists.

The first step is to prepare a template for the output of the Floor Warden Lists through the Manage Print Templates menu. Once the print template has been created, the Floor Warden Lists may then be populated through the Manage Floor Warden Lists menu option.

The print template defines the format and layout of the Floor Warden List when it is previewed or printed.

For detailed instructions on how to create and edit print templates, please refer to the guide: How to Add and Edit Print Templates
