READY Release Notes 20240514

Coordinator fixes:

• Fixed an issue where REA and Coordinator users were receiving emails showing “None Found” instead of the correct variables input.
• Fixed an issue where error messages on the Assignments page were generated after finalizing the assignment.
• Fixed an issue that allowed REA, and Coordinator users in the application to upload files with the same file name, and all attachments with the same file name were deleted at once. The system now automatically appends an incrementing counter to the existing file name.
• Fixed an issue where REA Profile was not saving correctly with the REA Profile Active checkbox and First Name, Last Name, and Email.
• Fixed a Filter for the date picker on the Assignments page to align the center with the Start/End date field.
• Edit REA Profile Skills & Training - Removed Skill Codes 2880/2882/2884 and created new Skill Code 2885 Titled Diplomatic Technology Officer.
• Fixed an issue where REA had the ability to remove loans. Only the Coordinator and Admin can remove the loan.
• Fixed an issue where REA had the ability to edit Titles. Only the coordinator and Admin can edit the title.

REA fixes:

• Fixed an issue where REA and Coordinator users were receiving emails showing “None Found” instead of the correct variables input.
• Fixed an issue where in REA Home page displayed NaN& for some REA users instead of a 1040-time tracker when there was no assignment or when the REA user did not set up the REA profile.
• Fixed an issue where in REA Home page 1040-time tracker is not refreshing when time entries have been submitted.
• Fixed an issue that allowed REA, and Coordinator users in the application to upload files with the same file name, and all attachments with the same file name were deleted at once. The system now automatically appends an incrementing counter to the existing file name.
• Fixed an issue where changing the assignments on the REA Home page did not update the Pay Period List.
• Fixed an issue where REA Profile was not saving correctly with the REA Profile Active checkbox and First Name, Last Name, and Email.
• Fixed an issue where REA users were not able to switch to different positions from the Position Title Dropdown and Time Period dropdown on the REA Home page.
• REA Home - Moved the current assignments section to the bottom of the 1040-time tracker to prevent REA and Coordinator users from scrolling down to view the calendar.
• REA Home – Removed the hover message and replaced it with a small “I” icon next to the Position Title for a simpler, and more efficient user experience.
• View/Edit Profile Skills & Training - Removed Skill Codes 2880/2882/2884 and created new Skill Code 2885 Titled Diplomatic Technology Officer.

Post fixes:

• Fixed an issue where Post users were able to see a Bureau Dropdown on the top left corner of the application.

General fixes/changes:

• Changed the section title from “Add Employee” to -> “Add REA” for more user clarity.
• REA Profile – Grayed out the email field so that only the admin and coordinator can edit the email field. Also created a modal when any changes to email are being made.
• Implemented a system logic that tracks FACT training. The Action Required column on Resource Pool now captures FACT training. The expiration date is set to 6 years.
