Bug Fixes:

• Implemented bug fix so that the System Administrator role can be removed from user accounts
• Implemented bug fix so that Coordinators can only see the roles for users that applies to the specific bureau they are assigned to
• Implemented bug fix to allow resources to be transferred from bureau to bureau without error
• Implemented bug fix to allow REA Coordinators to see resources listed as "Volunteers" in their bureau's Resource Pool
• Implemented bug fix to ensure the RequestApprover role is not taking precedence over any other elevated roles that are applied to a user's profile
