READY Release Notes v 1.4.8

New Features:

• Implemented new feature to allow for automated emails to be paused if the Coordinator does not want the automated email to get sent when the action is taken in the application

Bug Fixes:

• Implemented bug fix so that Resources can successfully be transferred from bureau to bureau
• Implemented bug fix so that Coordinators have the ability to see Resources listed a "Volunteers" on the Resource Pool page
• Implemented bug fixes to ensure the email formatting is displaying as expected on the Preview page as well as in the email (including the spacing issue)
