New Features/Changes/General Fixes:

Implemented a logic to trigger automated email notifications when a request in "Assigned" status has its date extended.
Fixed an issue where the REA Rating and REA Management sections were incorrectly displayed for the Rover Coordinator role.
Fixed an issue where automated emails did not preserve the correct formatting and line spacing from what the user created on the Automated Email Template page.
Implemented a separate menu item for LE Exec Request and renamed New Request to REA/Rover Request for Post Role users.
