READY Release Notes 20240703

General fixes/Changes:

• Implemented a new Automated Email Template: Assignment Finalized/Instructions for REA/Post. This is a single email template that will be sent to both REAs and Coordinators to assist with activities leading up to Day 1 of the REA at Post.
• Fixed an issue where Automated Emails for Position Requested is not sending correctly.
• Fixed an issue where Unavailability is not showing up correctly on the Assignments More Info page.
• Fixed an issue where adding long URLs resulted in a bad format in the Document Section.
• Fixed an issue where the rich text editor is still editable when the Edit button is not clicked in the Configurations Automated Emails Page.
• Removed FACT Training and Medical Clearance Not added Warnings from the Resource Pool Page.
