READY Release Notes v 1.1.0

New Features/Changes/General Fixes:

  • Implemented the Position Budget feature, allowing posts and coordinators to set an itemized budget for prospective positions and allocate the costs between post and bureau.
  • Implemented the Assignment Actuals feature, allowing coordinators to set the actual cost of an assignment and compare these values to the budgeted amount for the position.
  • Implemented the Post Allowances feature, allowing bureau coordinators to manage allowances for each post to generate the default values for budgeting.
  • Implemented a Review Cost Selection feature, allowing Posts and Coordinators to view the original ‘Expected Value’ amount that was generated under the Post Allowances page and has the ability to choose between their Expected Values and the Current Values.

  • Implemented WASHDC Posts that route to Regional Bureaus and display Domestic office textbox on all Position Requests page.
  • IRM has rebranded to DT (Diplomatic Technology) as a new Bureau.
  • Fixed an issue where CoordinatorReadOnly permission had an ability to add and edit. 

Coordinator fixes:

  • Implemented post name into the subject line for system-generated emails.
  • Implemented a “Resource Type” column on the Resource Pool page.
  • Implemented a “Display ## requests per page” dropdown on the coordinator dashboard for all Statuses.
  • Implemented a “Sort” functionality on the REA Coordinator Dashboard for all statuses.
  • Edit REA Profile has been changed to “Edit Employee Profile”.
  • Add REA has been changed to "Add Employee”.
  • Fixed an issue where the 'Request More Information' email is not displaying the ‘Comments’ variable successfully.
  • Fixed an issue where updating the assignment date is not allowed beyond today’s date.
  • Fixed an issue where the Current Assignments page did not show assignments for future start dates.
  • Fixed an issue where the Coordinator Dashboard was displaying incorrect numbering under the table.

REA fixes:

  • Implemented Rover as Employee Type in the REA Profile page.
  • Changed the order of the REA Experiences cards for FTE and REA experience to show the most recent experience at the top.
  • Fixed an issue where multiple Pending Requests on the REA Home page disappear when the user accepts one of the requests.
  • Fixed an issue where the Date picker wasn't working for FTE/REA Experience for the Users on the Firefox browser.
  • Fixed an issue where the New Request duplicates upon submission.
  • Changed the "REA Request Details" section to "Employee Request Details" on the New Request page under the Post section.
