READY Release Notes v 1.1.1

New Features/Changes:

  • Implemented a “Status” column and “# Days” column on the Current Assignments & Historical Assignments page.
  • Implemented a “Status” filter on the Current Assignments & Historical Assignments page as a filter option.
  • Implemented the “Retirement Grade” column on the Resource Pool page and added it to the filters.
  • Implemented Email descriptions to all the email templates on the Automated Emails page under Configuration.
  • Implemented a Declined Requests Report page for Coordinators to track any Denied requests made from the Coordinator Dashboard. These requests can then be sent back to a pending status.
  • Implemented a BCC line on the Automated Emails page for all the email templates.
  • Implemented a new Arrow button and removed the “Review Cost Selections” box on the Funding Budget page. The Arrow icon should appear next to the expected value when the actual amount of input is different from the expected value.
  • Implemented Expense Type information modals when the “I” icon is clicked on the Funding Budget page. These modals contain explanations of the expense types and how they are calculated.
  • Removed the Funding Details Field & Funding Source Field from the New Request page as they are redundant with the budgeting information.
  • Modified the New Request pages to change Request Explanation to Request Justification. This field can also be used for additional budgeting details not contained in the line items.
  • Modified the New Request pages to switch the Request Justification field with the Alternatives Explored field to make the Justification field a larger text box.
  • Modified to make the default baggage fee value to $600 -> $0.
  • Modified the coordinator's New Request page to enable the "Bureau" dropdown field to allow REA Coordinators to select any Bureaus.

Coordinator Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where clicking the “Finalized” button right away on the Assignments Page, the assignment did not show under the REA Home page.
  • Fixed an issue where bureau 0% was pre-selected for Funding Budget when the New Request has been created.
  • Fixed an issue where deselecting N/A, the value automatically populated zero instead of the default value on the Funding Budget page.
  • Fixed an issue where duplicated emails were added to the CC line in the Automated Emails page under configuration.
  • Fixed an issue where “- “was showing on top of the Post Allowances page.
  • Fixed an issue where users were able to select the End Date before the Start Date on the Coordinator New Request pages.
  • Fixed an issue where the received emails did not have the correct line spacing between each sentence/paragraph.
  • Fixed an issue where it only filtered out resources that has multiple titles associated with the profile in the Resource Pool page.

Post Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where Post Submitters could not reply to the coordinators on a request in the comments field.
  • Fixed an issue where users were able to select the End Date before the Start Date on the Post New Request pages.

REA Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where the preview of the DS-4151 form wasn’t loading correctly upon submitting the Time Entries.
  • Fixed an issue where clicking the “Finalized” button right away on the Assignments Page, the assignment did not show under the REA Home page.
  • Fixed an issue where The Pencil Edit icon was causing a blank white screen for FTE/REA Experiences.
