READY Release Notes v 1.1.2

New Features/Changes:

  • Implemented a new PDF Export functionality for a Position Request – PDF now includes Budget information on a separate page, and each Assignment shows its status.
  • Implemented Resource Type column on the Inactive Employees page.
  • Implemented a new logic to the Funding Budget page where Post Hardship Differential & Danger Pay fields are hidden when Estimated Salary Expense is $0.
  • Implemented a new logic on the View Request page to hide the 'Assigned Resource' section at the top of the screen, unless the request status is Assigned.
  • Modified the status of Not Accepted to Not Finalized on the Coordinator Dashboard.

Coordinator Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where the Total Budget amount was incorrectly calculated.
  • Fixed an issue where changing the Assignment Start/End date was not reflected in the Assignment Card on the Assignments page.
  • Fixed an issue where Current Assignment & Historical Assignment page were not showing the correct ID column on the table.
  • Fixed an issue where the Requesting Title & Position Title fields were not being edited and saved correctly when a user attempted to modify a request from the Coordinator Dashboard.

REA Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where the Requirement field message was not generating when the field was empty for all Documents, and Skills & Training sections on the REA Profile page.
  • Fixed an issue where REA accepted the assignment and did not show/add the Assignment Info card on the bottom left corner of the REA Homepage.
