Introduction
This article provides a comprehensive overview of how Directory Administrators can manage Non-Enterprise Accounts within their organization.
Accessing the Non Enterprise Accounts page
Navigate to Administration > Non Enterprise Accounts.
On the Search Non-Enterprise Accounts page, users can search for specific accounts by entering either the name or email address.
For a broader view, the option to View All Accounts is also available, providing access to the full list of accounts.
-
Click the Edit icon (pencil) to modify account details.
The Account Status will provide details on whether you need to reactivate the account, grant access to the application, or reset the password.
If the account requires reactivation, granting application access, or a password reset, administrators will need to click the appropriate button. This action will trigger an email from SE-ICAM, which provides instructions to the account holder for completing the setup or reactivation process.
