Introduction
This article serves as a detailed guide for managing agencies within the Directory Agencies interface.
Accessing the Agencies page
Navigate to Administration > Manage Agencies.
The page displays a list of ICASS Agencies with their corresponding codes.
Managing Agencies
To adjust agency details or modify the list, click the Edit button. This will put the page into edit mode, where you can make changes to the Agencies.
Users can toggle the switch next to each Agency to include or exclude it from the list.
- Blue toggles indicate that the Agency is currently included.
- Gray toggles mean the Agency is excluded.
Select All / Deselect All: Use these buttons to manage the entire Agencies at once.
Once you've made the necessary adjustments, click the Save Changes button located at the top right to apply the changes. If you do not wish to save your changes, simply click Cancel. This will discard all unsaved modifications.
Users can reset the list to its default configuration by clicking the Reset to Default button.
Bulk Import
If you need to update a large number of agencies at once, the Bulk Import function can save time and effort. Click the Bulk Import button located on the page.
A pop-up window will appear where users can either type or paste the ICASS Agency codes they wish to add or update.
NOTE: In the pop-up window, you'll find instructions on how to properly format the ICASS Agency codes. Be sure to follow these guidelines to ensure successful import.
After entering the codes, click the OK button. The system will process the codes and update the Agencies accordingly.
