READY Release Notes v 1.2.1
New Features/Changes/General fixes:
- Updated Resource Pool Table – The “Not to Exceed” and “Hours Remaining” fields are now hidden for the “Rover” and “Volunteer” resource types from the Resource Pool table.
- Updated New Request Page – The Supervisor and FMO fields are now hidden when the resource type is set to “Rover” or “Volunteer.”
- Updated Add Resource Page – The “Address” fields are now hidden for the “Rover” and “Volunteer” resource types.
- Updated Add Resource Page – The “State” field is no longer required when adding a resource.
- Implemented a new logic where Okta users who are logged in will now have the requestor information automatically populated on the New Request page.
- Fixed an issue where scrolling filters were not visible on larger screens for some users.
- Updated New Request Page - "Request Justification" sections are updated to "Request Justification / Scope of Work."
Coordinator Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where the “Not to Exceed Date” filter was not working correctly on the Resource Pool page.
- Fixed an issue where changing the Resource Type via the hyperlinked ID on the Assignments page caused an error message and prevented the changes from being saved correctly.
- Fixed an issue where the “Remove” button was not visible on Assignment Cards on the Assignments page, even when resources had not entered or submitted their timesheets.
REA Fixes:
- Fixed an issue that allowed REA to enter time entries and submit hours even when the assignment had not been finalized.
Post Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where the “I understand” checkbox remained unchecked after a request was submitted or saved as a draft.
- Fixed an issue where the “I understand” checkbox was automatically checked by default on the Post New Request page.
Request Approver Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where users with the RequestApprover Role could not see requests on the Dashboard under the Pending, Approved, and Awaiting Info tabs.
