Employee profile (All users with an active assignment)

Ability for all employees to edit the Biography field

We have added the ability for all employees to edit their Biography. The field is located in My Profile

 

Note that the field can be used in Print templates (must be an admin to setup)

 

Radio Module (Administrators, Radio roles)

Radio Admins can edit contacts radio related fields

As a Radio Admin you can now edit all the radio related field in the employee profile.

Fields added and editable:

  • Call Sign(synced with SAFE)
  • Number of Required radio(s)
  • Set Out of Town
  • Set Notification for Tandem

 

Email Notification enhancements: customizable notifications with templates

From the Radio, Email templates, you can now create custom templates and select the audience category from the dropdown list.

The templates can be used in any schedule under the email settings and you can decide if it has to be sent At the Start of the event, when the event closes, as first reminder 2 days before end of event) or second reminder(1 day before end of event).

 

Radio Check Entries : Out of Town

Radio owners that have set the Out of Town from their profile won't appear in the Quick Create Radio Check side bar (Marines with Radio Check- Add only role).

Note that Radio Admins will still be able to see them from the dropdown.

 

Bug fixes

  • Fixed Global Search text box filtering issues
  • Fixed Position based Key Officers not updating when a new employee is occupying the role
  • Fixed sort order issue in the Key officers list (under Organization menu)
  • Fixed error that was showing wrong section in the Radio Assignment page
  • Fixed error page thrown when creating a new Radio Check entries and enabling the send Radio Check receipt option
  • Fixed issue with Radio Notifications email templates not editable by Radio Admins
  • Migrated all featured maps from Google to Azure Maps
