ATLAS Financials Release Notes 1.0.11

New Features/Changes/General Fixes:

• Fixed incorrect custom names for Agencies 1900 and 1901.
  
• Resolved color contrast errors in My Dashboard.
  
• Created an "Initiated By" section in the Add Payment Collection screen.
  
• Implemented blocking of edits to Recipient Fields in BOC when a Recipient ID is selected.
  
• Allowed deletion of BOC types even if they are not assigned to any users.
  
• Hid the Delete Payment button in existing payments when adding a new payment.
  
• Prevented the creation of duplicate posts/instances.
