ATLAS Financials Release Notes 1.0.12

• Prevented saving a local email template when there was a mustache error.
• Fixed bug when Post collected payment, but could not close BOC due to an amount discrepancy of $0.00028.
• Removed ability for AR Read-Only Role to view/edit Agencies; added ability to view BOCs and details of a BOC.
• Fixed fiscal strip template: function code not working.
• Redesigned all "Export to Excel" tables in each controller to improve exported data quality.
• Prevented users with different permissions on different instances from being redirected to the no-access page when switching instances.
• Improved filtering on My Dashboard from Mission to Post.
• Fixed BOC amounts when exporting to Excel, as they were hardcoded with a dollar sign and did not add up correctly.
• Fixed the rounded amount for payment collection.
• Allowed the system to save non-duplicate fiscal strips correctly.
